Youtube Producer + Filmer + Editor

We’re looking for a creative who can help develop ideas and film in the field to editing engaging episodes, and knowledge of how to grow on the platform. Someone who understands our culture.

Graphic Designer & Illustrator

We’re looking for a talented designer and illustrator with a passion for western culture, surf and lifestyle apparel. You’ll help bring our creative vision to life through original illustrations, graphics, clothing designs and merch concepts that capture the Cowgirl Surf Club aesthetic.

Events & Retreats Crew

Love bringing people together and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic, hands on people to help deliver Cowgirl Surf Club retreats, events and activations. From setting up and coordinating activities to hosting guests and helping everything run smoothly, we want people who love adventure, community and being part of something a little different.
