Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

How to get in touch Email us at info@cowgirlsurfclub.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant.

Timeframes You have 180 days from delivery to request a return or refund. For damaged, defective, or misprinted items please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can sort it quickly.

Condition of returned items Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition. We're unable to accept items that have been worn, washed, stained or altered.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method in the original currency. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
The return is payable by the customer, and we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges is not available for customer.

What can't be returned We're unable to accept returns on items that were produced correctly to your order, orders delayed due to incorrect address or contact details provided at checkout, or items outside the 180 day window. 

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, swimwear, underwear, face masks, and drink bottles.

Order cancellations Email us at info@cowgirlsurfclub.co as soon as possible if you need to cancel. 

Lost parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, email us at info@cowgirlsurfclub.co with your order number and photos of the damage or fault, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.

Items marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return. Certain sale periods or special promotions, such as Black Friday or limited-edition drops, may have specific return conditions. Please check the event-specific Returns Terms & Conditions for more details.
