Returns & Exchanges
At Cowgirls Surf Club, we want you to love your gear! If you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered.
You can return your gear within 14 days of your delivery date for a refund if you’re in Australia. If you’d prefer a store credit or exchange, you have up to 30 days from your delivery date to make a return. The return is payable by the customer, and we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If you’re returning a hat, please ensure it’s packed inside a box to avoid damage. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, swimwear, underwear, face masks, and drink bottles.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, email us at info@cowgirlsurfclub.co with your order number and photos of the damage or fault, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.
At this time, exchanges are only available for customers in Australia.
Items marked as Final Sale may not be eligible for return. Certain sale periods or special promotions, such as Black Friday or limited-edition drops, may have specific return conditions. Please check the event-specific Returns Terms & Conditions for more details.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and postage costs and duties on international orders are non-refundable.
