We offer the following shipping services, with rates calculated at checkout:
Australia Shipping
Standard: Arrives in 2-8 business days
- Free Shipping on orders over $99 AUD
- $10 AUD flat rate shipping for all order under $99
Express: Arrives in 1-3 business days
- $5 AUD Express Shipping on orders over $99
- $15 AUD flat rate express shipping for all order under $99
International Shipping
Express Worldwide: Estimated delivery in 3-8 business days
- Rate calculated at checkout
*Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.
- You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- Orders are unable to be collected from our warehouse.
