Cowgirl Surf Club x CMC Rocks Festival
If there’s one thing we learned from our time at CMC Rocks Festival this year… it’s that anything can happen and it probably will.
We rolled into the festival with one plan, let's bring a lot of energy, and make this one of the experiences. Three days later, we left with no voice, no sleep, and enough stories to carry the podcast for the next six months.

Day 1: Brunch and our first live
We kicked things off thinking we’d ease into the weekend, a few drinks, some music, a cruisy vibe. That lasted about 20 minutes.
Somewhere between our 10 am start at the Ariat brunch, to our Cowgirl Surf Club LIVE at 2pm at the Niftys bar, where we had our Fashions at the festival, then our 8 second showdown after this things escalated quickly. New friends were made instantly and then we were dancing in the mosh pit with Riley Green.
By the end of the night, we’d already lost track of time, location, and… Caitlyn. Standard.

Day 2: Our second live show
There was no way we were slowing down.
We had our live at Niftys bar at 2pm and as all productions things don't always go to plan, we had our Fashions at the Festival with Ally decided she was now a rapper (yes, seriously), which somehow turned into us creating an actual song, because apparently that’s just what we do now.
There’s something about that last day at a festival, everyone’s exhausted, a little bit broken, but also weirdly emotional because you don’t want it to end.

The Real Takeaway
Beyond the chaos, the lost voices, and the questionable decisions, what makes CMC so special is the people.
It’s the random friendships, the shared moments, the “how do we know each other?” energy that somehow turns into real connections.
For us, it was also about showing up as Cowgirl Surf Club, capturing content, building community, and leaning fully into the lifestyle we’ve created.

Final Thoughts
Would we do it all again?
Immediately.
Would we change anything?
Absolutely not (well… maybe a few decisions, but where’s the fun in that).
CMC Rocks, you were everything and we’re already counting down until next year.
Until then… we’ll be recovering, rewatching the content, and reliving every unhinged moment on the podcast.
Stay wild,
Cowgirl Surf Club 🤍
