There are days when a shoot is just a shoot... and then there are days like this one. Days when an entire community pulls up, horses, Heli's, surfing and moto's all for one reason: to lift up one of our own.

This is the story behind our most recent Cowgirl Surf Club shoot a collaboration that started as a creative concept and quickly became something bigger than just a meetup with our friends from Throttle Girls and Taylor Eve!

For Taylor...

If you don’t know Taylor, here’s what you need to know, she's a force on a bike, a friend off it, and the kind of woman who gives more than she takes. After a serious motocross accident, Taylor is now on the long road of recovery, physically, mentally, and financially. The journey back to herself isn’t quick, and it isn’t cheap.

So we did the only thing cowgirl surf club know's how to do, not mainstream.

The Shoot...

A couple of hours north of the Sunshine Coast we arrived at private track built by Trackworks Design, built from ground up this track delivered one of the best tracks we could've ever asked for. We had Taylah McCutcheon  who rides for JPM Kawasaki, throwing down on the moto, Nikia Hunt with her horse, not battening a eye lid to the racing against the motorbike and Helicopter, Karl from Oceanview Helicopters providing the aerials from the helicopter and Kristin Donohue behind the lens capturing every moment.

The Cowgirl Surf Club has always been about women who chase the thing, surf, dirt, dust, salt, whatever it is. It’s about backing each other when the wave doesn’t break the way you wanted, when the bike goes down, when life lands harder than expected.

Taylor has spent her life being that person for others. Now it’s our turn.

The footage and stills from this shoot exist for one reason: to bring eyes to Tay's GoFundMe page and help her get back on her feet and back on the bike when she’s ready.

How You Can Help

If Taylor’s story resonates with you, if you’ve ever had a community catch you on the way down, or if you just believe in backing women who throw their whole heart at life — please share, donate, and stand with us.

Donate to Taylor Eve’s GoFundMe: Taylor Eve – Road to Recovery

Every dollar, every share, every word of support gets her one step closer.

To Taylor... we love you, we’re with you, and we’ll be there at the finish line.

To the crew who showed up on the day thank you for proving, again, that the cowgirl community shows up when it matters most.

Yeee hawww!
