Book your ride, BYO boots and hat and we do the rest. Yeehaw let's go cowgirls (and cowboys)!
What else do I need to know?
- Time: Gates open 3pm, with live music kicking off from 4pm.
- Dress Code: Western-inspired attire encouraged, think your best western, boots and hats aren't necessary but highly recommended.
- Horse Ride Option: If you’ve booked a pre-event horse ride, please arrive 12pm at Zephyr Horses. Your ride will finish in time for the campfire gathering.
- Food & Drinks: Snacks and light refreshments will be provided. Feel free to bring water or other personal drinks.
- Age Restrictions: No age restrictions for event
- Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, parking available onsite.
- Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable, but transferable to a friend with prior notice.
- Weather: In the unlikely event of severe weather, the event may be postponed to a later date. Refunds are not available, but a credit toward a future event will be offered. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
What should I bring?
Hat & Western Attire: Cowboy hats, boots, and western-inspired clothing are encouraged, it’s all part of the fun!
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the evening.
Personal Drinks: While food and limited beverages are provided, feel free to BYO if you like.
Jacket or Warm Layers: Evenings can get chilly by the campfire.
Camera/Phone: Capture memories, but don’t forget to enjoy the moment too!

…this event is for you! No prior experience is needed, or even an ounce of country western in you, just bring yourself and a good time!
Payments & Policies
Due to high demand, bookings are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another friend if needed.
If we need to cancel your ride due to weather or any other circumstance we offer credit.
We also offer after pay options as well as gift voucher for you to gift this to someone.
