What do I need to bring?
We’ll send out a detailed packing list before each event, but essentials typically include swimwear, your favourite country western outfit and boots, a cowboy hat, comfortable clothing, and a great country western energy!
Surfboards will be supplied by the ranch.

The Ranch Villas
Private King Ensuite
The spacious, private ensuite rooms, come with a hypoallergenic king bed, a flat screen TV, fridge, A/C, Wifi and private bathroom.
Twin Queen Share
Our spacious twin queen bedroom's contains a mini bar fridge, A/C, Wifi and is located in our shared amenities block.
Do I need any country western experience?
Our events cater to all skill levels, from new or being brought up in the country scene.
Who is this event for?
Anyone over the age of 18 is able to attend our events, we cater to both cowgirls and cowboys and anyone who has a love for the country western and surf culture.
And YES you can come alone, many of our guests come solo and leave with lifelong friends.
Where is the ranch and how can I get there?
+ 2pm check in & 12pm check out
Transportation to and from the retreat is up to the guest to arrange. We will not be able to accomodate with this.

50 mins to Port Macquarie Airport
4 hours south of Gold Coast Airport
5 hours north of Sydney Airport
What else do I need to do?
Accomodation is in a private deluxe Villa, booking a twin share means you will be sharing a queen bed with friend/stranger. (Please let us know if you have preference of person sharing)
Villa's vary in sizes with different bedding options. Private King Ensuite accommodates 1 person in their own private room with a King Bed and ensuite, Twin Share Villas can sleep from 2 - 5 people with small kitchenette and aircon, amenities will be shared.
This beach ranch has a chef’s kitchen – butler’s pantry, wine fridge, unlimited daily coffee from a barista, quality appliances. Open plan lounge and dining with incredible, private sweeping farmland views with:
- Salt water pool
- Onsite Coffee Machine and Barista
- Onsite Bar with Bar Tender
- Three alfresco entertaining/dining areas
- Beautifully landscape that backs onto bushland across the road from the beach.
We cater for all dietary requirements, before the event please let us know any specific allergies or food choices so we can accomodate.
Payments & Policies
Due to high demand, bookings are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest if needed.

Private beach ranch for our guests with access to a pool, lounge area, kitchen, bar and private rooms.
Slow down & sink into the vibe of the beach across the road and bush lands that surrounds this property. Prepare to reset, & let us guide you into the good times ahead.
We aren't to remote with only a short 5 minute drive into the heart of the town of Crescent Head itself.
Learn To Western
Workshops including horsemanship, cowboy hat styling, roping/lassoing, western styling, a professional photoshoot, ranch style food, country music and line dancing.
Learn to Surf
If you want to hit up the surf solo or head out with our professional surf coach, she will be taking you to the best breaks in Crescent Head, that'll suit anyone from being new to surfing, to being a professional.
Ranch Style Cuisine
Ranch styled catering, breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the whole weekend cooked by a local ranch chef.
We have a onsite barista for coffees. We also have a onsite bar for those who are after a nice refreshment.
Let's Western Retreat I went to was unreal! Just what I needed, a holiday by the sea with horses, photoshoots, incredible food, line dancing, with some of the most incredible women I have met! So glad I signed up, hit the road and scored a lifetime of memories and pictures!
